Cheese Dreams

Morning Glory with Flwrs

A Lovely Basket of Flowers.

It is very rare that we can put Morning Glory – that lovely purple flower – into our Basket of Flowers because it seems so fragile when you pick it.  However it does look very nice sitting there in the middle of this arrangement.

Today I thought we may like a recipe – so here is one for: –

* CHEESE DREAMS *

You will need:

2 Slices – Sandwich Bread. Cheese to cover one Slice. Frying Pan. Oil for frying.

Method:  Put Cheese on one Slice of Bread.  Cover with the next Slice.

Cover the Frying Pan lightly with Oil, when Oil is hot carefully put in your Cheese Dream and fry until GOLDEN BROWN underneath then turn over and brown the next side.

The Cheese will melt and be YUMMY!

If you like – you can sprinkle some mixed herbs on the cheese or  (thyme herb is really good) before cooking or sprinkle some Garlic onto the cheese for a different taste.

This is excellent during the Winter months for breakfast expecially with a boiled, poached or fryed Egg.

The above is taken from my Book:  Carnarvon Favourite Recipes:  it is now an e-Book you can click on the site below to see it.

Here is a  Bible verse: James: Chapter 3 verse 18. says:  Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.
