I do hope you and your family are keeping safe from the Covid 19 (Corona Virus). I have written a bit of a poem that you may like to read.

Thank you for the video, I know its just a game and after the lock – down we will never be the same.
Most of us may be better and some of us may be worse. But what on earth does it matter if we can talk like this on earth.
On a Video in our own house, in the kitchen or the lounge – room, maybe in the bedroom or even in the bath. What does it really matter?
On here we can have a laugh. We can laugh or sing or any old thing! Some people dance to peculiar tunes, they put their gyrating’s on for all to see on the public Video T.V.
While behind closed doors forgetting – really that we can all see. What a wonderful world the Lock-down can be.
I think now I’ll have a cup of tea. Wait a minute – is there more?
No I’ll just close the door.

Well there we are then……let us be glad that we can laugh and sing to help us to keep well and happy during this awful pandemic time that is moving throughout the world. To look after our families our loved ones and ourselves..!
Recipe: Sausage Meat Patties….
250g.-Sausage meat; 1-Onion (chopped into small pieces); Pepper & Salt; Dish of Flour; Fry Pan & Oil for Frying – approx. – 2 Tbsp.
In a bowl – Mix everything together.
Wet hands and mould a small handful into a ball, flatten and press into the flour. Flour each side of your Patty. Put to one side and continue until all are ready. ……………………………………………..Heat Oil in Frying Pan and cook until golden brown on each side. Approx…5 minutes each side.
Eat while hot with Vegetables for a dinner…..Or…..Put into a Hamburger Bun with Salad and Sauce.
