Sausage-meat Hamburger

A nice different arrangement in a Jug. Geraldton Wax are the background flowers and I can’t remember what the Red flower is called cut from a tree in my front garden. The small green birds love to suck the Nectar from these lovely flowers.

I thought this photo of the flowers in my special jug looks quite good. It is a reminder that you can display your flowers to look really nice in a special Jug that you may have instead of using a flower vase. it makes a a change from the normal everyday vase that you may use.

If you do not have a large size jug a visit to your local charity store may have just the one that you are looking for. They do appreciate any time you may have to pay them a visit to purchase something from their shop.

Here is a Recipe for today:

Sausage-meat Hamburger:

1 – Small round packet Sausage-meat (Cold from Fridge) Slice into Portions (Hamburger Size)

Coat in Seasoned Flour with Mixed Herbs & White Pepper

Fry in small amount of Oil till cooked on each side.

Serve with Salad or Cooked Vegetables for dinner or put into Hamburger Rolls to eat.

This is a nice quick Recipe to make for a meat dinner and easy for children to eat.

Here is a Poem:

I Just Remembered

I just remembered, did I forget to do that or – did I do it and forget that I did it? I forget now but if I do it now and  I have already done it, that means that I would have done it twice. Best if I don’t do it now.  I may not have done it at all if I didn’t do it in the first place. What a dilemma, why did I just think that I hadn’t done it, then think that maybe I had. Well I remember thinking that I should but I wonder if I did.   The best thing is to go and look I suppose – – now what was it that I think I forgot to do. I can’t remember now, best to have a Cuppa and think about it later. *****
