Gluten Free – Avocado with Buckwheat

Just a nice arrangement in a large Jug. It makes a nice centre piece for the table.

Today would be a good day to pick a Special Flower to put into a vase or nice jug with some leaves from your garden or a small cutting from a branch on a tree. We don’t always need much to make a nice presentation to enjoy for a few days.

Recipe: Here is what you will need: Avocado, Slice of Cold Chicken Breast, Mango Chutney, Garlic Powder, White Pepper.

Put Avocado on the Buckwheat Crispbread, Sprinkle on the Garlic Powder and White Pepper to taste, lay the Chicken Breast on and Spread lots of Mango Chutney on the top. This is a good starter before Dinner or nice to eat at lunch time or whenever you fancy something really tasty.
