The above is one of my Oil Paintings of some precious lovely Flowers.

Well what do you think? It is nice for us to have Today as we cannot be sure if we will have tomorrow. So let us make the most of this day that we a living in. Maybe do something nice for ourselves or for someone else. It could be just to pick a flower to put in a vase in our kitchen, dining room or lounge room. Or we could find one to give as a gift, even a single flower maybe a blessing to someone.

It is a good thought to have some fresh flowers in doors not just artificial ones as they freshen up the room for us.

Butterflies

Butterflies were flitting around as I walked along the garden path.

They were flitting all around me. Pretty coloured wings they had

that fluttered back and forth as they flew around.

Such a lovely sight to behold. So gently did they alight

upon the flower blossoms. Probably taking a small breath

before taking off into the wind again.

So incredible to see the patterns on their wings.

Each Butterfly the same as each other.

Where did they come from and where will they go?

Maybe it’s not for us to know.

Recipe for you today:

Stuffed Dates.

Ingredients: Pitted Dates + Marzipan.

Cut a small slice of Marzipan and put into the opening in the Date where the stone has been taken out. Arrange on a Platter.

Cover and keep cold in fridge until needed.
